Xander has been awarded an OBE (2019) for services to dance and UK/Russia relations. After leaving Hymers, his dedication, commitment and hard work has earned him a place with the prestigious Mariinsky Ballet as their first British dancer and in 2017 was promoted to the role of Principle Dancer.
