After leaving Hymers in 1990, Jonathan studied at the University of Manchester, the University of Durham, and the University of Oxford. He moved to the USA in 2003.
Jonathan has spent the last 25 years executing mergers and acquisitions for global life sciences, medical research, and clinical diagnostics companies. He is responsible for closing 55 transactions worth more than £45 billion in aggregate during his career. His passion is bringing new scientific discoveries to a global audience through intricate and innovative transaction structures.
He is an acknowledged leader in his field, being much in demand as a speaker at industry events, a contributor to industry publications, and as an advisor to growth companies worldwide. He sits on the Board of Directors of two UK companies.
