Emily's Talk to the Business and Economics Society

Emily Park, OH 2005-15, spoke to the sixth form students

We were delighted to have Emily Park, OH 2005-15, speak to our 6th form students recently about her career since leaving after her A Levels at Hymers.  Emily is now a Manager at EY in  Economic Advisory, Strategy, and Transactions. She started her career here in 2018 after leaving Newcastle University with her Economics degree.

Emily was able to share some of her knowledge about applying to work after University, seeking a year out in industry where possible, and how her A A-level economics was her passion and she still uses this in her day-to-day role.  She gave some valuable advice on what to look for in a degree choice and onwards.

Thanks, Emily. We really appreciate your time and are very grateful for you coming back to support our 6th form students.
