Alumni letter writing

Our Alumni received a letter from our Year 6 Junior School pupils.

The Development Team has started a new initiative which has been a great success.

We wanted to engage with our alumni in a year we won't forget so our Year 6 students have written to our Alumni in lockdown and have sent over 100 letters as far as America and Australia.

A new generation of pen pal has been created as each member of our Alumni network replies. The students have learnt more about the history of Hymers over the decades and it has been lovely to hear from past teachers, Headmasters and pupils from aged 20 - 90 and hear all the news about their school days.
