When Sam Latus left school in 2008, he pursued his dreams of becoming a professional rugby player after being signed by Hull Kingston Rovers.  Having traveled around the world with his team for over 4 years, Sam looked to the next chapter in his life and, along with his brother Jack, began their own business 'LATUS Training'.  Beginning as a fitness start-up, the brothers expanded their business, which has rapidly grown into a health and wellbeing brand 'LATUS Health'.

Sam gave our Sixth Form students a fascinating insight into his personal journey from leaving school to becoming the Director of a successful brand. Thank you, Sam, for coming back to speak to our students, from providing advice on the importance of seeking out your own opportunities and sharing your own school experiences, you gave our Sixth Formers such a relatable talk.
