Jessica Wilkinson studied at Hymers College from 2016 until completing her A Levels in 2023, and has since continued her education, studying law at Hull University.
On Sunday 7 April, she will be competing in the Brighton Marathon Weekend, in memory of her grandfather. The event is described as 'an incredible festival of running, held in the iconic seaside city' and is held on a 'stunning 26.2-mile course that starts in the heart of the city and finishes in style on Brighton’s world-famous seafront'.
If you would like to sponsor Jessica, who is aiming to raise a minimum of £1,000 to the worthy cause, please visit her Giving Page here.
In April 2023, we lost my Grandpa, Adrian Brown to Pancreatic Cancer. On April 7th 2024, I’ll be running the Brighton Marathon in memory of him and to help make an impact on the research available in helping gain a deeper understanding of all cancers and their treatments in hope that in the future people will no longer have to fight the unwanted battle. Donations of any kind are hugely appreciated and mean a lot to all of us. Jessica Wilkinson x
Good luck, Jessica, with your fundraising.
