We were delighted to welcome back Sam Nicholls (OH 2004-11) to our Physics department this week to talk to our Sixth Form Engineering Society students about his Engineering Career since Hymers.
Sam studied General Engineering at Durham and after graduating went to work for Labman who is an Automation company based in Middlesbrough www.labmanautomation.com.
Sam gave the students a virtual tour of the factory and shared his journey from graduate to senior engineer. Sam answered questions from our Year 13 students who are looking at studying a variety of Engineering disciplines after Hymers.
Thanks, Sam. It was great to see you. We still have your certificate proudly on display in our Physics corridor too!
