OH Included in 2022 Guide to Top Rated Financial Advisers

OH Tina Steele (née Eastwood) studied at Hymers College between 1991 and 1998

The Top Rated Guide promotes advisers who have embraced transparency by inviting public feedback from their clients and have achieved excellent ratings.  Tina's company, Steele Aspire Financial Management, has been included in this year's guide.

It means so much to be included in the 2022 ''Guide to Top Rated Financial Advisers' through client feedback after only just over two years in business (Tina's official business launch date was 19th Dec 2019).

Tina studied in the Senior School at Hymers College and left in 1998. Mr Exley was one of her favourite teachers, who inspired her love for finance and business.

One of her fondest memory was a trip to Madrid for A ‘Level Spanish with Mrs Powell and Ms Stanyon.

We tried to talk Spanish for the whole trip. This was my first ever trip abroad so very exciting, a bit scary but lots of fun!

While at Hymers, she also created the first Hymers Annual in 1998 (with the help of best friends Carrie and Arike), which included fun photos and information of all members of the year group, to create a memory book that people would keep and look at in the future.

She went on to study BSc (Hons) Accounting at Hull University and was also a student dance teacher in Modern, Tap, and Ballet.

After graduating from the University of Hull in 2001, she completed 18 years as a Senior Accountant and Business Leader in the Manufacturing Industry and the Education sector.

In 2019, she set up Steele Aspire Financial Management to be able to use her financial knowledge in both the accounting and financial advice fields to help individuals, families, and their businesses.

The values and standards that Steele Aspire Financial Management is built upon are:

  • Service excellence is based on quality, trust & professionalism
  • Understanding, care & reassurance
  • Passionate about giving back and doing the right thing for our clients and our community
  • Building a more sustainable future for all
  • Creating financial peace of mind for you and your family, today and tomorrow

Financial wellbeing is a big part that they offer to clients, their businesses, and employees.

Finance can be very worrying for a lot of people, and being able to help people relieve those anxieties and stresses feels like a very worthwhile thing to do.

As part of Steele Aspire Financial Management’s Corporate Social Responsibility Policy, they offer complimentary financial well-being for the employees of businesses or charities.

Excellent client service is a top priority for me and it is wonderful to see that it means so much to my clients!  I hope these reviews give people the confidence to get the financial advice and help they need.

There continues to be a supply/demand imbalance in UK financial advice. More people need advice than there are advisers to deliver it.  It is a pleasure to be able to help people and businesses with their aspirations for their financial futures.
