Sarah's New Business Venture

Alumna (1994-99) sets up EQUIVEG

OH Sarah Hairsine

After leaving Hymers College, Sarah set up a cleaning company in Hull and then moved to Nottinghamshire to work for her partner’s food ingredients import company in 2019.

She has since set up her own business, EQUIVEG, which produces 100% natural horse feed, with nothing added apart from air-dried vegetables. The entire process uses 100% green energy and they only buy vegetables from UK farmers.

Currently, the produce can only be ordered direct but Sarah is working on getting it stocked and more widely available.

Please check out her website at equiveg.co.uk/

Good luck, Sarah!
